Non-slip grip. A natural rubber compound, made from latex tapped from the Hevea tree and vulcanised under heat, bites into the bench pad below and your shirt above.
Locked-in shoulders. Your upper back stays locked between the unrack and the lockout. Your arch anchors mid-press. Position holds on the bench through setup and drive.
Maximal leg-drive. Leg drive goes into the bar instead of sliding you across the bench.
Structure. A nylon layer reinforces the vulcanised compound. The mat rolls and flexes, then returns flat, keeping its shape under repeated heavy load.
Portability. At 215g, the mat rolls up for a gym bag and unrolls flat, giving you the same surface under your upper back on every bench.
